The Cheng Xing Group of Companies history dates back to year 1972 when the founder acquired a major controlling stake in Cheng Xing Sdn. Bhd. (Originally known as Cheng Xing Trading). Cheng Xing Sdn. Bhd. already established more than 40 years. The company started as a trading company dealing with both local and imported household goods.

 

In year 2003, the shareholding change also resulted in a major change in the business direction and the dynamic growth of a diversified conglomerate under the flagship of Cheng Xing Development & Construction Sdn. Bhd.

 

The Group aims to expand business slowly from Melaka to other states (such as Pahang, etc.) in Malaysia and to provide variety of modern houses with latest designs to serve people from all walks of life who seek different standard of living.
